Falling happens. It can be detrimental to your life. Let's learn how to fall safely and how to get off the ground safely. This 12 week course starts Jan 10, 2025 and finishes March 28th. There will be 3 class options- 1:00, 2:00 and 3:00 PM. Classes are limited to 4 persons per class.
